1. The right of withdrawal is only valid for consumers, not for corporate customers.
2. The cancellation policy does not apply for distance contracts on goods, that have been, made to order, custom made or any products specifically customized for the customer.
3. Each consumer is allowed to revoke his/her contractual declaration in written form (e.g. letter, fax, eMail) or by returning the delivered products within two weeks without any indication of reasons. The time limit commences no earlier than with receipt of the goods and this policy in detail and in text form.
